Automated rejection and repair of epochs in M/EEG.
Project description
This repository hosts code to automatically reject trials and repair sensors for M/EEG data.

Dependencies
These are the dependencies to use autoreject:
Python (>=3.5)
numpy (>=1.8)
matplotlib (>=1.3)
scipy (>=0.16)
mne-python (>=0.14)
scikit-learn (>=0.18)
joblib
Two optional dependencies are tqdm (for nice progressbars) and h5py (for IO).
