# Example

biomaj-cli.py –proxy http://biomaj-public-proxy –api-key XYZ_MYAPIKEY –update –bank Anopheles_gambiae

To get help usage:

biomaj-cli -h

If proxy is not specifed, a monolitic and local BioMAJ installation is expected
