based on the contents of the file.

Example

Installation
------------

INSTALLED_APPS += ['django_versioned_static_url']

Usage
-----

The following template code:

{% load versioned_static %}
<link rel="stylesheet" href="{% versioned_static 'css/global.css' %}" />

Outputs:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="/static/css/global.css?v=feb0d0e" />
