django.contrib.redirects without django.contrib.sites

django.contrib.redirects without a django.contrib.sites dependency.
Usage:
Add simple_redirects to INSTALLED_APPS
Run ./manage.py migrate
Add simple_redirects.middleware.RedirectFallbackMiddleware to MIDDLEWARE
