Installation
Installation from source, working directory where source is checked out
$ pip install .This package is available on PYPI, allowing
$ pip install drasticaliThen pull and/or build stimela images
uDocker [Recomended]
$ stimela pullSingularity [Recomeded]
$ stimela pull --singularity --pull-folder <folder to store stimela singularity images>Docker
$ stimela pull
$ stimela buildLicense
