Galaxy sequence_utils
Galaxy’s sequence utilities are a set of Python modules for reading, analyzing, and converting sequence formats.
This package is distributed via PyPI and bioconda.
A Galaxy tool can use it by adding a requirement for galaxy_sequence_utils.
