Interactive visualization of spatial omics data with napari

This napari plugin was generated with Cookiecutter using @napari's cookiecutter-napari-plugin template.

UNDER DEVELOPMENT

Clone repo and pip install -e .. Run examples e.g. python shape_regions.py or via notebook for the shape export function.

More documentation on usage will be added later on.

Expect breaking changes.

Installation

You can install napari-spatialdata via pip:

pip install napari-spatialdata

Contributing

Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
