Create chromInfo.txt:

` GENOME_NAME=GCF_000005845.2_ASM584v2_genomic; zcat ~/data/genomes/${GENOME_NAME}.fna.gz | python scripts/create_chrominfo.py - > negspy/data/${GENOME_NAME}/chromInfo.txt `
