Kerberos authentication for the OpenStack clients

python-keystoneclient-kerberos was an authentication plugin for keystoneclient that supported Kerberos. The contents have been moved into the keystoneauth1 package at https://pypi-hypernode.com/pypi/keystoneauth1/ , and python-keystoneclient-kerberos will no longer be supported.
