OME tools for managing the git(hub) workflow

The scc command provides tools for simplifying the git(hub) workflow.
Getting Started
Under Python 2.7, the only requirement is PyGithub.
$ pip install pygithub
For Python 2.6, you will also need to install argparse
$ pip install argparse
With that, it is possible to execute scc:
$ python scc.py
scc installation
To install or update the latest release of scc, use pip install:
$ pip install -U scc
