## Getting Started (assumes working in vagrant)
`bash $ vagrant ssh $ mkvirtualenv simpl-users $ add2virtualenv /vagrant/projects/simpl-users $ cd /vagrant/projects/simpl-users `
Install requirements:
`bash $ pip install -r requirements.txt `
### Running tests with py.test
`bash $ python runtests.py `
