Release notes for 3.2.2:
Fixed a bug in the getExtn() function in fileutil.py that affected the handling of waivered-FITS files when blank extension name gets specified.
Fixed problems with stpyfits so that it does not crash when a header contains PIXVALUE and a non-zero NAXIS keyword value.
TEAL cookbook updated to better document how to support more complex rules when defining parameters for the TEAL interface.
