Easily perform area interpolation for different set of set of polygons:

Functionalities
In tobler
you can execute:

- regression using vectorized version
- regression leveraged by scanlines to perform interpolation

Installation
$ conda env create -f environment.yml
$ conda activate tobler
$ python setup.py develop
