Implements a log handler that can log to a Twitter stream.

Usage:

import logging
from twitterlog import TwitterHandler

twitter = TwitterHandler('username', 'password')
twitter.setLevel(logging.ERROR)
logger = logging.getLogger('yourlogger')
logger.addHandler(twitter)
