Buildout recipe for compiling pycairo

yaco.recipe.pycairo
This is just a recipe for compiling pycairo from a buildout.
The only parameter is pkg-config-path which is the directory with the cairo pkgconfig files.
Tests need to be written.
Use at your own risk.
