Annotations for Zope Principals

This package implements annotation for Zope publisher principals. Common annotation techniques cannot be applied to principals, since they are created on the fly for every request.

Move boostrap subscriber to bootstrap.zcml file and browser menu item definition to browser.zcml file to ease overriding and excluding configuration.
Use zope.container instead of zope.app.container.
